Why Do You Need To Know About NMN IV?

Why is NMN IV so popularly talked about these days? By Afrina Ghazali | June 16th, 2023 In recent years, anti-aging and longevity have become increasingly popular topics of interest. As scientists delve deeper into the mechanisms of aging, various compounds and strategies have emerged to potentially slow down the aging process. One such compound gaining attention is Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN), particularly when administered intravenously NMN is a naturally occurring molecule found in the body. It plays a critical role in cellular energy metabolism and is a precursor to Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+), a coenzyme involved in numerous cellular processes. NAD+ levels decline as we age, which is believed to contribute to the aging process. NMN supplementation aims to boost NAD+ levels, promoting cellular health and potentially extending lifespan. In this article, we will explore the essential things you must know about NMN IV and its potential benefits. 1. Enhanced Bioavailability and Absorption NMN IV offers enhanced bioavailability and absorption compared to other administration methods. When NMN is taken orally, it has to pass through the digestive system, where it may be broken down and may not reach cells in sufficient quantities. IV administration bypasses this process entirely, delivering NMN directly into the bloodstream. This method ensures higher absorption rates and immediate availability to cells throughout the body, potentially maximizing the benefits of NMN supplementation. 2. Potential Anti-Aging Effects Aging is a natural process that involves a decline in various cellular functions. NMN IV has gained popularity due to its potential anti-aging effects. By increasing levels of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+), a coenzyme involved in cellular metabolism, NMN IV may help promote cellular repair and rejuvenation. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age, and boosting them through NMN IV supplementation may help mitigate the effects of aging and support overall health and vitality. 3. Cellular Energy and Mitochondrial Health NMN IV plays a crucial role in cellular energy production and mitochondrial health. Mitochondria are the powerhouses of cells responsible for generating energy. NMN IV supports mitochondrial function by increasing NAD+ levels, which are vital for efficient energy metabolism. By improving mitochondrial health, NMN IV may enhance overall cellular function, which can have far-reaching effects on various organs and systems in the body. 4. Potential Cognitive Benefits Cognitive decline is a common concern associated with aging. NMN IV has gained attention for its potential cognitive benefits. NAD+ is essential for maintaining brain health, and by boosting its levels, NMN IV may help support cognitive function and protect against age-related cognitive decline. While more research is needed in this area, the potential cognitive benefits of NMN IV have sparked considerable interest. 5. Exercise Performance and Endurance NMN IV has shown promise in improving exercise performance and endurance. By enhancing cellular energy production and mitochondrial function, NMN IV may provide athletes and fitness enthusiasts with an edge. Studies have suggested that NMN IV supplementation may lead to increased exercise endurance, allowing individuals to push their physical limits and achieve better results. 6. Backed by Scientific Research The growing popularity of NMN IV can also be attributed to the increasing body of scientific research supporting its potential benefits. While human trials are still ongoing, preclinical studies have demonstrated promising results in various areas, including anti-aging, metabolic health, cardiovascular function, and cognitive function. The scientific evidence backing NMN IV has bolstered its reputation and attracted the attention of both researchers and the general public. 7. Anti-Aging Celebrities and Influencers The endorsement of NMN IV by some well-known celebrities and influencers has contributed to its rising popularity. When public figures promote a particular product or lifestyle choice, it often generates curiosity and interest among their followers. The mention of NMN IV by influential individuals has brought it into the spotlight and increased its visibility, making it a hot topic of conversation in health and wellness circles. Conclusion The popularity of NMN IV has surged due to its potential anti-aging effects, enhanced bioavailability, cellular energy support, cognitive benefits, and its association with well-known personalities. While NMN IV shows promise, it is important to note that further research is needed to fully understand its long-term effects and optimal usage. As with any supplementation, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating NMN IV into your routine. Beauty Tips: Ways To Get Rid of Eye Bags

When eye bags go all dark and puffy. By Kath Wong | May 26th, 2023 As we grow older, we might start to notice more changes on ourselves. There are things that might have always been there but we just weren’t grown enough to bother, for example, the bags under the eyes. Eye bags are one of the most common problems people are facing each day. Although there are a large number of products that claim to help in de-puffing and lightening the area under the eyes, they don’t always work. In fact, for the case which the eye bags and dark circles are genetically inherited, the only natural long-term solution available for you is to drink water regularly and make a few lifestyle changes. Eye bags come in many different forms which vary from one to another. Some have puffy undereyes and some just have dark eye circles that appear like a puff. In this article, no matter which type of eye bags you are dealing with, we have some tips that could help. Here's what you can do: 1. Apply tea bags Caffeinated tea bags are more useful than just for steeping and sipping the tea. The caffeine in tea contains powerful antioxidants that could help to slow the aging process and increase blood flow to your skin. When it is used under your eyes it helps to deal with dark circles as well as the puffy eye bags. In a more specific manner, green tea has been studied to have a potential for anti-inflammatory effects - this could help to reduce the puffiness effectively. 2. Use cold compress On the days where eye bags seem to be too puffier or darker than usual, temporary solution such as cold compress can help to manage blood constriction under the eyes quickly. This can be done using chilled teaspoon, cool cucumber, wet washcloth and even a bag of frozen veggies. 3. Keep your head elevated while you sleep Elevating your head helps to prevent the fluid pooling under your eyes that creates puffiness while you sleep. If propping up your head hurts your neck or you can’t fall asleep, you may also consider elevating the entire top end of your bed by a few inches. 4. Cut salty foods out Salt contributes to your body’s fluid retention, hence this can build up puffiness all over you, including the bags under your eyes. It is advised to consume just the right amount of salt per day as this could also cause other health issues such as heart disease and stroke. 5. You got to stay hydrated to keep things going Water contributes about 60 percent to your body weight. Without water, dehydration can limit the metabolism in your body and thus this may affect your overall blood circulation throughout your body. Keeping yourself hydrated is like adding fuel to keep the engine going, it is the most essential and the least you could do. 6. Other Alternative - Permanent Treatments: There are also a number of cosmetic surgeries available these days that get rid of the eye bags that bother you. Regardless of it being a surgical procedure, most treatments nowadays give a natural finish. Eyebag Removal Treatments You might also like

Skin Resurfacing Treatments: Ablative Vs. Non-Ablative Lasers

What is the difference? By Azra Shuib | May 12th, 2023 Laser skin resurfacing has helped dermatologists and aestheticians to improve various skin conditions such as wrinkles, age spots, acne scars and dullness. And since there are a lot of treatment options using advanced technology, it’s important to do your research to consider all the choices you have. Some skin conditions may require you to get repeated sessions, so choosing the right laser treatment to commit to can be beneficial in the long run. Generally, there are two categories of lasers: ablative and non-ablative ones. Both attempt to function in similar ways and can give you desirable results as well as dramatic improvements, but they do differ significantly.   Ablative Lasers Examples of ablative lasers are carbon dioxide (CO2) and erbium (Erb YAG). These lasers work by vaporizing the skin’s surface to trigger tissue repair and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. With these lasers, results can last for 1 to 5 years, but they pose a longer recovery period of around 1 to 2 weeks, and present potential side effects like redness, swelling, infection and scarring. They are normally used to treat warts, wrinkles, acne scarring and deep skin flaws.   Non-ablative Lasers ND: Yag, Alexandrite lasers and N-lite lasers are non-ablative lasers. Erbium Lasers can be ablative or non-ablative as well. This type of lasers generate light and heat below the skin to treat damaged skin cells without injuring the surrounding skin. Although being a less intense laser, it is capable of producing great results for diminishing fine lines, fading acne scars and treating dullness. And for a less invasive option, the downtime and risks for side effects are also lower. A trade-off for this type of lasers is that you may require repeated sessions. But once all the sessions are over, the results will be long lasting.   Which one is for me? First thing first is, to always know your type of skin and acknowledge the issues you have to deal with your skin. As a general rule, you can opt for ablative ones if you have more significant skin issues - deep or pitted scars, more pronounced aging signs, and severe hyperpigmentation. The intense laser can damage the problematic pigment on your skin, giving you significant improvements in your skin tone and texture. You must also note that recovery time may take a few weeks and you should prepare for extra measures to take care of your skin. If you don’t have very serious skin issues, you can go for non-ablative lasers, but it's always better to consult with your dermatologists to know which is right for you. Letting the experts assess your skin and determine the right treatment for you is the best way to treat it. However, remember that with any laser treatments, your skin will be more sensitive to UV light. Take the necessary aftercare steps such as wearing an appropriate amount of sunscreen and reducing your skin exposure to sunlight. UV rays are a big factor in causing damage to skin which includes aging. In fact, it's capable of reversing any results you get from your facial treatments.  If you’re looking for laser treatments done by professionals with extensive experience (which is an important requirement for all laser treatments!), check out our links below to book your desired procedure: Ablative Laser Treatments Non-Ablative Laser Treatments You might also like

Lip Care Routine to Get Hydrated and Pink Lips

How to avoid and treat dry, chapped lips. By Azra Shuib | April 14th, 2023 Healthy and well-moisturised lips can make you look radiant and lively. But since the skin on your lips are thinner than the other parts of your face, it’s more prone to dryness and cracking. It’s important to take extra care of your lips especially if you are always in a cold and dry environment. Tip 1: Adjust Your Diet and Lifestyle Prevention is always better than cure. Avoid dry lips by ensuring you are well-hydrated throughout the day. Eat healthy and drink sufficiently so that not just your lips, but your whole body will benefit from the nutrients. It’s also useful to quit smoking as nicotine can cause your lips to darken. Plus, supple lips will only look good with healthy teeth so quit smoking now! Tip 2: Exfoliate Your Lips If you have chapped lips, one way to slough off flaky skin is by exfoliating. Use a gentle lip scrub to massage your lips gently. Do it once or twice a week to reveal fresh and soft skin on the lips. Exfoliating is also a great way to ensure your lip balm to work well. Tip 3: Use Lip Balms No lipstick will look good on dry lips. Look for light balms that feel comfortable on your lips and can hydrate the area effectively during the day and before bed. Another good tip is to look for a lip balm with SPF to protect your lips from becoming irritated or sensitive due to sun damage. Tip 4: Always Remove Your Makeup Don’t be lazy to remove any lipstick, lip gloss or liner when you are done with the day. Let your lips be free from all the chemicals by removing the makeup with gentle makeup removers. This will also help you get the most out of your lip care routine. Tip 5: Look for Trusted Doctors or Aestheticians If you want to undergo any beauty procedures for your lips, remember that cheap doesn’t mean quality. Stem Cell Fat Injection - Reverse Aging Without Surgeries

One procedure is all you need and it can improve your skin over time By Afrina Ghazali | March 31st, 2023 The growth of technology in the beauty industry has evolved tremendously and given a way to choose either a surgical or non-surgical way to address a certain cosmetic concern such as pigmentation, acnes and skin elasticity. In this day of age, anything is possible and with that said, delaying aging through a safe and simple procedure is no longer a foreign process. A stem cell fat injection is one of such treatments that can result in smoother, healthier and a more youthful complexion. It’s also an effective way to achieve your facial rejuvenation goal. In some places, this treatment is widely known as stem cell ‘facelift’. The major upside of this treatment is that there will be no surgical incisions, lifting or sewing involved. Only procedures like liposuction of your own fat (usually from abdomen or thighs) and injections of fat (adipose tissue) in the targeted areas will be done to revive a younger skin from within.   The healing power of stem cells Stem cells are getting more recognition for their ability to nourish skin cells and give better-looking skin. Stem cells are naturally occurring specialized cells with the ability to transform into specialized cell types, hence why they are known as “undifferentiated cells”. No matter where they are injected, they can transform into skin or muscle cells. They work by releasing growth factors that aid in healing and promote the growth of new blood cells. With these rejuvenation processes taking place, it’s possible to achieve a more youthful complexion.    Where do the stem cells come from? They are taken from your own body’s fat stores. Stem cell fat injection works by collecting fats from your body by liposuction performed on the abdomen, hips or thighs. The fats collected will then be processed with an isolation process to separate stem cells out for culture. The remaining solution will be used to filter out the impurities and obtain pure fat cells. After the stem cells have been cultured, they will be combined again with the pure fats cells and prepared for injection into the areas that require rejuvenation.   How Stem Cell Fat Injection Works In the injection procedure, stem cells and fats will fill out the hollow and sunken areas, giving you an increased volume and better facial contour. Stem cells healing properties will help to reduce the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles and even acne scarring. Since it’s a natural process, the improvement and regeneration will take place gradually and may take up to 6 months for the full results to show.  The adipose stem cells will be utilized as the main function of skin regeneration to treat the root cause of aging. Stem cells have been proven to stimulate elastin and collagen growth over time, giving you a refreshed skin from causes of dullness such as wrinkles, age spots or dark circles under the eyes. All these results will look smooth and natural as they come from regeneration instead of destruction.   Is the treatment for me? If you have been looking for ways to rejuvenate and improve aging signs without going through invasive or surgical procedures, and have moderate facial aging; then this treatment is suitable for you. It’s also a good option to enhance facial appearance for those who have had a surgical facelift before. It’s also important to remember that the natural aging process will take place for every individual, so your lifestyle, diet and genetics can play a part in the duration of the results. A consultation with your doctor will help to determine the specific areas to treat for a more aesthetically pleasant facial contour. Interested to undergo a procedure? Tips for Thick and Healthy Hair

Some tips and tricks to prevent hair loss and hair thinning By Afrina Ghazali | February 3rd, 2023 Daily life routines can get in the way of pampering your hair with proper care. You might also feel stressed seeing the amount of hair you lose every day. But there are simple steps that you can practice to ensure that you’re looking after your hair well. Before we continue with the tips, it’s important to understand that your hair has a life cycle of 2 to 6 years, and it’s normal to lose from 50 to 100 strands of hair every day as new hair replaces the old hair. Hair Care Tips Tip 1 - Wash your hair regularly with mild shampoo Regular washing keeps the scalp healthy and clean, thus protecting you from hair loss. But do not use shampoos with harsh chemicals that can damage the scalp and hair. Opt for shampoos that are free of silicones, sulfates and parabens. Tip 2 - Use wooden wide-tooth comb Use the wide one to untangle your hair before switching to your regular brush right after. Wide-tooth comb is more gentle and can decrease the chances of hair breakage and hair loss due to pulling. Another tip is to refrain from combing your hair while it is wet, when the hair is in a vulnerable state. Tip 3 - Let it dry naturally Drying your hair vigorously with a towel can lead to hair breakage. Usage of hair dryers can also damage hair over time from the regular exposure to high temperatures. What you can do is wrap your hair in a towel and then let it dry naturally. If you have to use a hair dryer, make sure to buy a quality product and follow its instructions of use properly. Tip 4 - Use coconut oil Coconut oil is a well-known treatment for hair. Massaging your scalp with coconut oil can promote blood flow and help with regrowth. Studies have also found that coconut oil may help to prevent hair damage caused by UV exposure and grooming. Treatments For Hair Tip 1 - Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) PRP injected into the scalp can stimulate hair growth. Hair loss experts and medical professionals believe in this non-surgical procedure for treating hair loss because it contains growth factors that play an important role in wound healing and tissue repair, including the repair of hair follicles. Tip 2 - Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) FUE is a minimally invasive procedure in which hair follicles are individually removed from follicular unit grafts taken from your genetically stronger area of the scalp (donor), and then restored at your thinning area (recipient). Obvious results can be seen when new hair growth occurs after 6 to 9 months. Tip 3 - Minoxidil Also known as Rogaine, this over-the-counter drug is a well-known hair treatment. According to the experts, it works for two-thirds of women who try it. It can be used by applying the liquid or foam to the scalp each day. Side effects may include scalp irritation and acne in the treated area. Choices of treatments Trambellir offers a lot of hair treatments that you can book. Aftercare Instructions for Cosmetic Treatments

Get to know how to take care of your skin right after a facelift and other cosmetic treatments! By Kath Wong | January 6th, 2023 There are various procedures that can be done to improve or have a new appearance for yourself which includes surgeries, as well as non-surgeries. Cosmetic treatments nowadays are performed with advanced technologies in which the concept of being minimally invasive is a trend that everyone prefers. It is important to know how you could take proper care of your skin right after the treatments. In this article, we will be sharing some points that could help you have the right ideas of how you can actually recover from facelifts fast and effectively. Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Procedures With Your Skin Intact Include: ・Microdermabrasion ・Non-ablative laser resurfacing procedures ・Mild chemical peels ・Fillers ・Botox   Cosmetic Procedures That Are More Invasive For Your Skin Include: ・Deep chemical peels ・Ablative laser resurfacing treatments ・Surgical procedures, such as eye lifts, rhinoplasty and facelifts   4 Rules For Cosmetic Treatment Recovery 1. Pamper your skin Your skin gets red after treatments, no doubt. This is the important stage where you would want to take good care of your skin to heal without any discolouration or pigmentation appearing afterwards. To optimize the results and to prevent skin from damages, it is recommended to use mild, hypoallergenic products such as non-soap cleansers, and fragrance-free moisturizers.  2. Sunscreen is a must It is best to avoid exposing your skin to direct sunlight the first few days after treatments. Sunscreens should be applied regularly to keep your skin protected from the alpha and beta sun rays. Opt for sunscreen products having SPF 30 to 40, it is sufficient in giving your skin the protection it needs; the ones having higher SPF values tend to block your pores and you would not want that to complicate your skin. 3. The healing stage The natural skin healing mechanism includes shredding of old surface skin cells to reveal the renewed skin underneath, this is why the skin peels or forms scabs after cosmetics treatments. You may feel tempted to pick at your peeling skin in the idea of wanting to speed your recovery and have flawless skin already - do not do that as that could trigger scarring or even skin infections. 4. Stay all-day hydrated No matter what cosmetic treatments you have had, be it surgical or non-surgical, drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water per day is a great contribution to help in rejuvenating the skin from the inside out as the toxins from your system would be excreted out. Most Important Tip Apart from the tips mentioned, it’s important to understand and follow all aftercare guidelines provided by your attending doctor. The doctor would know your specific skin type and needs, and thus he or she would be the best to determine the things you can or cannot do. Finally, be patient and have faith that with the right effort, you will increase the likelihood of the best outcome for your skin! You might also like

Explore Your Inherited Potential and Health Risks with DNA Tests

Your DNA holds the key to a better lifestyle and future By Azra Shuib | December 23rd, 2022 Did you know that discovering more about your DNA can help you make better decisions for your health, dietary intake, family planning and even for your innate talents? This is the reason why DNA tests have grown in popularity because they are the window to the information in your body. DNA is the hereditary material that carries instructions for your body's functions. A DNA test can detect changes or mutations in your genes that may cause illness or disease. In some tests, your genetic sequencing is examined to determine if you are predisposed to certain traits or inner potential. DNA Testing and Your Hidden Abilities It is widely known that DNA testing can reveal a lot about a person’s health, but how does it assess people’s potentials in certain fields? DNA testing compares a person's genetic sequence to tens of thousands of records in DNA databases. Using this technique, it is possible to decode your genes that carry some talents, such as reading ability, stress handling, creativity, and memorizing ability, among others. This way, you can understand your innate abilities and preferences better according to your genetics, which can give you an idea of which field you can realize your inner potential and excel in. Our DNA makes each one of us unique in our own ways. With little observation, you can see how some groups of people prefer to stay up at night while others tend to get up early. There are also those who accept rejection much more easily than other people. All of these characteristics can be found in your genes, even if you are unaware of some of them. This can be a helpful tool in career development, or in building up your child's talents and passion. DNA Testing and Your Health DNA testing can also determine your genetic susceptibility to different health conditions. Certain markers in your genes are linked to certain diseases, and doctors can use this information to predict your chances of developing the condition. It is important to note that a positive test does not always mean you’ll contract the disease. For example, having the BRCA1 or BRCA2 breast cancer genes means that you are at risk for breast cancer, although it does not guarantee that you will develop the disease. However, having a mutation for some conditions like Huntington’s disease can signal that the disease will eventually develop. In deciding what is best for you, it's important to consult with a doctor regarding the result if there is anything that concerns you. This will enable you to craft early treatment strategies and enjoy a better quality of life ahead.  Aside from that, it's best to manage dietary needs, allergies, and fitness routines based on your genetic needs in order to do the best for your health. Not all of us know what sensitivities we have, or the best diet for our body. That's why in DNA tests, reports would include recommendations to shift your lifestyle to the better - this covers the nutrition you should take up more, foods or allergens you should avoid and the best exercises for your body. The same health routine may not work for everyone as some people may be predisposed to having a lack of Omega-3, Vitamin C or certain thresholds in fitness regimens. DNA Testing and Genetic Disorders The roles of DNA testing in evaluating your health is much more extensive than you would expect. If you want to start a family, DNA testing can help you be more prepared. In some cases, healthy people have mutations in their genes that are linked to genetic disorders, making them carriers for the disease. If you have this carrier gene, you have the probability to pass the mutation on to your children, who will then be carriers of that same condition. But if your partner also carries the genetic disorder, your child may develop the disease. Among the genetic disorders that are possible to find out using DNA testing include: Biotinidase deficiency G-6-PD Gaucher disease Beta thalassemia Niemann-Pick's disease Maple syrup urine disease Phenylketonuria Wilson's disease degeneration Sickle cell anemia Tay-Sachs disease Spinal muscular atrophy Severe combined immunodeficiency disease X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency To assess the risk of your child actually contracting the disease, you'll need to meet with a genetic counsellor. Considering the whole situation, it is very beneficial to take a DNA test so that you can be well prepared in planning your pregnancy and taking other needed interventions to ensure that you and your partner can have a healthy baby. How DNA Testing Works DNA is the same in every cell in your body. Therefore, DNA testing can be done through a blood test or a cheek swab (salivary test). The DNA in the saliva is derived from cells shed from the mouth linings as well as white blood cells. These cells are collected, and the DNA contained within them is extracted using a variety of methods. Studies have shown that salivary DNA is equivalent in quantity and purity to blood DNA and that salivary DNA is stable when handled properly. Nowadays, at-home DNA test kits have made the testing even easier. You do not need to physically go to DNA testing labs to learn more about your genes. It is now possible to order the kits online and a saliva collection kit (typically containing a saliva collection tube or a cheek swab, funnel and an instruction list) will be sent to you.  You can take the salivary sample at the comfort of your own home, and ship it back to the lab. Then, a personalized report will be sent to you, most of the time via email or a secured website. Unlock your potential to live a more fulfilling and healthier life by exploring your DNA and what innovative testing can tell you. Melasma vs Hyperpigmentation - How Can You Tell?

Knowing the real issue is the first step in treating it. By Azra Shuib | October 28th, 2022 What should be the first step to treating an issue? Getting to know what seems to be the issue. So first, let’s get to know: What is hyperpigmentation? Hyperpigmentation is a skin condition that causes darkening of the skin, giving you dark patches on the face. It can be mild to very obvious. From a physical health point of view, hyperpigmentation is harmless as it’s only caused by a surplus of pigment. Hyperpigmentation is also an umbrella term - it encompasses your skin discolouration caused by sun damage, acne scars, and marks from eczema, among other issues. The most common type of hyperpigmentation is age spots, also known as liver spots. These marks develop over time as consequences of long-term sun exposure. What is melasma? Melasma is a type of hyperpigmentation. It is more commonly seen in women, often referred to as the ‘mask of pregnancy' when it happens to pregnant women. Melasma typically appears on the face and is symmetrical, with matching marks on both sides of the face. Melasma can be caused by sun exposure, hormonal changes and genetics. Generally, melasma is a skin issue that is tough to treat, especially when it is related to hormonal changes. Unlike traditional hyperpigmentation that may respond to products containing brightening agents like vitamin C or niacinamide, melasma hasn’t seen a similar success rate. In some cases, however, melasma can disappear on its own when it’s caused by pregnancy or birth control pills. If you have melasma that does not subside with various products, you might need to undergo laser treatments that can directly treat problematic areas. However, 1 session might not be enough. As mentioned, melasma is difficult to treat, so try to get regular treatment sessions as recommended by your dermatologists or aestheticians so you can get the best results. Measures to Prevent Melasma or Stop It from Getting Worse Almost all causes of hyperpigmentation are made worse, or even caused by the UV rays. So wearing sunscreen every time you go out under the sun is a must. And if you are lucky to not have any discolouration on your face, you should take preventive measures now. Although melasma is also caused by hormonal changes, that does not mean that you do not need sunscreen as the UV rays are capable of magnifying your discolouration in the long term. There are also various treatments that can help to reduce or lighten melasma. Options include chemical peels and laser treatments. Repetitions of treatments depend on the severity of your skin issue, so you should get the right diagnosis and consult with the experts regarding your expectations. Treatments like chemical peels, for instance, work by increasing cellular turnover, which makes old, sun-damaged skin slough off and letting fresh and healthier skin surface. Laser treatments can help to get rid of cells that cause skin darkening and can be a really effective treatment. Hyaluronic Acid: A Must Thing For Flawless Skin

The Natural Skin Plumper By Kath Wong | October 14th, 2022 In beauty treatments and various skincare available, it is definite that more or less you have heard about them containing hyaluronic acid or HA. You might wonder how acid is even useful for the ingredients, after all, the name itself says “acid”. This article will tell you how Hyaluronic acid is different from other acids.  What is so natural about it? Hyaluronic acid is a translucent gooey substance naturally produced by your body, especially found in the skin, connective tissue and eyes. It plays an important role in keeping skin hydrated and plumped for a long period of time. As your skin ages, you lose hydration along the process and your skin eventually turns dry and wrinkled. Nowadays, it's not only age that affects the skin condition; there are many other environmental factors that could affect your skin badly as well.  Ways to deliver enough Hyaluronic acid to your body Hyaluronic acid is available in many forms namely: 1. Capsules: Best to retain skin moisture from within and eliminate the visibility of wrinkles or fine lines radiant. 2. Topical: Can come in a form of toners, serums or moisturizers, topical applications mostly help to temper down any redness or relief dermatitis 3. Injections: A quick and direct filling of hyaluronic acid into specific areas like lips and cheeks to make the skin look firmer and youthful. Why Is Hyaluronic Acid So Good For Your Skin? If your skin isn't already making use of Hyaluronic Acid, this is why it should be: 1. The main function of hyaluronic acid is to maintain skin hydration as well as keeping your skin plumped. If the skin is sufficiently hydrated, it feels super-soft, plump and pillowy and looks so much more radiant. 2. When skin is hydrated, lines and wrinkles (even the deeper ones) would appear diminished; hyaluronic acid is an ideal ingredient for those with ageing skin who wish to stop ageing and rewind their youthfulness. 3. It works wonders on everyone. hyaluronic acid works for any skin type, even the sensitive or breakout-prone skin, as well as those with an oily complexion. 4. Recent research suggests that hyaluronic acid has antioxidant properties as well, which means it can act as a shield against free radicals that we aren't in control of, like pollution and other aggressors. If You're Worried About Aging: Skincare or HA Fillers As we age, the amount of hyaluronic acid our skin cells produce begins to lessen and cell turnover can become sluggish - this is when lines, wrinkles and rough texture tend to make their debut. Aging is inevitable, but that does not mean nothing can be done to help revive or maintain the youth; if you want to maintain your youthful glow, start choosing skincare products that contain hyaluronic acid to pamper your skin. Alternatively, if you are wondering whether there are any other ways to achieve youthful skin instantly, hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are available for a fast and long-lasting effect. While they are commonly known to enhance breast and lips, adding hydration to facial skin is one of their important roles as well.
