What is Double Eyelid Surgery?
Double Eyelid Surgery is a surgical procedure to achieve a clear, semi-permanent double eyelids. There are two types of double eyelid surgery available in this section: Total incision double surgery and Partial incision double surgery.
Total incision double surgery is recommended for the ones with thick eyelid skin that are unable to achieve beautiful double eyelids just by burying/ micro incision method or those eyelids that have returned to the original state after the burying method.
Partial incision double surgery is recommended for the ones who have gone through burial method for several times and failed to maintain the result.
Double Eyelid Surgery Procedure
1. Eyelid condition will be examined.
2. The lines for incision will be predicted.
3. The exact width of the incision will be measured equally alongside.
4. Anesthesia will be given.
5. Small incision along the eyelid will be made.
6. The eyelid skin is carefully sutured with an ultra-thin thread.
7. Patients should return 7 days after the treatment for removal of threads.
