What is Tear Trough Filler?
Tear trough filler is an injection procedure to eliminate dark circles, sagging and indentation (sunken appearance) at the undereye area. To achieve plumpness and reduce sagging, hyaluronic acid is used to fill up the area.
A lot of people get dark circles or indentation as they age, but some are born with naturally less fat at the undereye area, which is why they have orbital hollowness. People with these issues will seem like they are always tired despite getting enough sleep. Tear trough filler can help with these problems. Although it is not permanent, a single injection can give results that last from 6 months up to 1 year.
Tear Trough Filler Procedure
1. Thorough assessment will be made prior to injection
2. Area to be treated will be marked
3. Hyaluronic acid will be injected using a very small needle
4. Product will be laid down in an even texture
5. End of treatment
Tear Trough Filler at Our Affiliated Clinic
The aim of tear trough filler at our affiliated clinic is to make the undereye area look as natural as possible. If the volume is too high on one side, the eyes will look unnatural and the texture will be irregular. At our affiliated clinic, "magic needle" is offered, in which compared to other needles that require multiple injections, this magic needle can deliver hyaluronic acid into a wide area through one injection site.
In tear trough filler procedures, Tindle effect is also common. Tindle effect is a bluish hue that can be seen through the skin, and since the undereye area is thin and delicate, this side effect is common. Our affiliated clinic uses fillers that are less likely to cause this effect, and only experienced doctors will perform the procedure.
