What is Crown and Bridge?
A crown is a tooth-shaped cap that is placed over a tooth to restore natural tooth function as well as to improve the appearance of your teeth. A bridge is usually sculpted to imitate natural tooth enamel and is very useful in replacing a tooth or a few teeth that are no longer viable. The ones used at our affiliated clinic are made of Porcelain Fused to Metal (PFM). They are a hybrid of ceramic and metal alloys.
How It Works
A bridge is essentially a false tooth. Bridges help to replace missing teeth with support from other healthy teeth on both sides of the bridge. Bridges are used to span the area where the teeth are missing. Other teeth around the treated area are created as crowns, giving support to the new tooth (or teeth).

· Brush your teeth at least twice a day - after eating and before bedtime
· Floss your teeth once or twice a day
· Rinse vigorously with fluoride rinse for at least 1 minute before bed
· Be careful in chewing toffees, gum, and tough food
· Go for regular dental check-ups
