What are Sexual Health Checkups?
Sexual Health Checkups at our affiliated clinic consist of STD/STI screening which are confidential to minimize any embarrassment. Samples for testing can be self-taken, and our affiliated doctor is also willing to give an opinion based on description of your symptoms, which means a physical examination is not essential. You also do not need to return to the clinic to get the results. Test results are emailed to you, with advice.
Besides that, a Pap Smear Test is also available. The test is a painless screening that involves collecting cells from a woman’s cervix to detect any potential cancerous abnormalities.

Pap Smear Test
Pap Smear is a test that involves collecting cells from a woman’s cervix to detect any abnormal cervical changes that may become cancerous. It is a highly effective tool for cervical cancer screening and prevention.
It is generally recommended to get this test from the age of 21 and to repeat it every 2 to 3 years. After the age of 30, a Pap Smear test is recommended to be done with an HPV test every 5 years. If you had a previous abnormal pap smear test result, it would be best that you do a more regular Pap Smear as recommended by the doctor.
