FAQ
Q1: Why should I choose the comprehensive screening package?
A1: The Men Comprehensive Screening package includes uroflowmetry and Residual Urine Volume (RUV), audiogram, diet counseling, a full blood investigation that includes hepatitis A and C antibody and PSA (prostate specific antigen) which screens for prostate cancer. It is recommended for men above 50 years old.
Q2: How should I prepare for the health screening?
A2: Please fast for at least 8 to 10 hours prior to the appointment to ensure an accurate blood test. You may drink plain water up to the time of your appointment. Also, postpone any routine morning medication (except Hypertension drugs), unless advised by your doctor, until after your blood sample is taken.
Q3: Is there anything that I should bring to my appointment?
A3: Previous medical records, if any, especially X-rays, MRI or CT Scan from your last check-up for comparison. Please also wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
