What is Spice Me Up?
Spice Me Up at our affiliated spa is another relaxing body massage and Lulur scrub package which includes a choice of facial treatment or oil head spa. The package comes with a Theta gift, which also includes services like a welcome drink and a cool towel.
Javanese Lulur is a royal ritual originally began in the palaces of Yogyakarta around the 17th century, back in the days prospective brides would complete the ritual every day for 40 days before the big wedding. Once an exclusive privilege of the royalty now offers throughout the spas for everyone to experience.
How It Works
The treatment starts off with a foot bath followed by a full-body Theta Signature massage. Next comes the lulur body scrub; a natural body scrub made by saffron mixed with rice flour, traditional spices, and other roots. A choice of treatment is given whether you want to proceed with a facial ritual, or an oil head spa after the scrub.
