What is Fractional Laser Resurfacing?
Erbium YAG Fractional laser skin treatment is a new skin resurfacing technology with minimal post-procedure pain and care. It is designed to remove surface-level and slightly deep lines and wrinkles on the face ot neck.
Compared to CO2 laser resurfacing, it has lesser recovery time. Another advantage of the Erbium YAG Fractional Laser is that it is suitable for those with darker skin tone. It is precise, tissue-selective and has lesser potential to cause persistent post-procedure redness and changes in pigmentation.
How It Works
The laser will move slowly on the problematic skin areas and produce thousands of deep and tiny columns in the skin to treat old pigment cells without affecting the surrounding tissue.
The whole process will promote the skin's natural healing process to reveal new and healthier cells to replace the damaged ones. Anesthesia may be applied for your comfort and to reduce pain.
