This package offers a massage of your choice - full body massage or foot massage to combine with a foot scrub. The massage is designed to drain excess fluid and toxins through the lymphatic system while improving blood flow using the skilled hands of the therapist. You also have the option to choose either a dry massage (Shiatsu style) or an aromatic oil massage, in which there are 6 kinds of scent to choose from for your relaxation.

This massage uses gentle pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to encourage movement of the lymph fluids around your body. This will help to remove toxins and promote better blood circulation. This massage will also help to strengthen the body's immunity as the lymphatic system is part of the immune system and functions to protect the body from illness-causing invaders, maintain fluid levels, absorb digestive tract fats and remove cellular waste. If you are uncomfortable with a full-body massage, please opt for a foot massage instead.

After the massage, a foot scrub will be done for a total cleanse of your feet and to restore your body energy.
